    SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES TO PO BOXES AND PARCEL LOCKERS

    Shipping and deliveries to post office boxes and parcel lockers are not currently offered.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We currently do not offer international shipping.

    We offer free shipping on all orders.

    TRACKING INFORMATION

    • Orders are shipped on business days of Monday-Friday excluding public holidays
    • The shipping status of orders is sent through email and can also be tracked by logging into your account.
    • Please note that if you ordered several items, they may not all ship from the same location or ship at the same time. If this is the case, tracking numbers will be assigned to each individual shipment and you will receive a notice and tracking numbers as each item is sent. Each order is unique and may arrive at varying times.

    Dispatch times may vary and are an estimate only. Please note as we use third party delivery companies we cannot control delivery times and the above is only a guide.

    RETURNS POLICY

    At Ludahus, we stand behind our products offering manufacturer warranties and protection. Our desire is for you to be satisfied and confident with your purchase. However, if for some reason you find your purchase needs to be returned, we have you covered.

    Wash&Walk: We will replace any piece of Wash&Walk that you are unable to clean, just pay to ship the affected piece back to us.

    If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We even cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse. To get started, just email our customer support team.

    Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be in their original condition.
    • No dirt, stains, wear, washing, or improper care signs.

    If items are returned in a worse condition than received, a reasonable deduction may be made from your refund. We carefully inspect all returns; if an item isn’t sellable, we cannot refund it.

    Important Details:

    • Use the original packaging for returns.
    • Ship items back within 14 days of initiating the return.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    The items below are unable to be returned:

    • Flooring Accessories
    • Install and Cleaning Materials
    • Installed Products: If a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. Ludahus is not responsible for product defect or damage, property damage or lost labour costs due to faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Thoroughly inspect all products before installation as installation will constitute acceptance. Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

    CANCELLATIONS

    The purchaser is responsible for confirming the order accuracy. Orders are fulfilled and shipped promptly and therefore we are unable to cancel orders that have been processed.
