    SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES TO PO BOXES AND PARCEL LOCKERS

    Shipping and deliveries to post office boxes and parcel lockers are not currently offered.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    International shipping or shipping to New Zealand is currently not available.

    SHIPPING RATES

    At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice, size and weight of the total order. Your shipping and handling cost will be automatically calculated at the checkout prior to the completion of your order.

    TRACKING INFORMATION

    • Orders are shipped on business days of Monday-Friday excluding public holidays
    • The shipping status of orders is sent through email and can also be tracked by logging into your account.
    • Please note that if you ordered several items, they may not all ship from the same location or ship at the same time. If this is the case, tracking numbers will be assigned to each individual shipment and you will receive a notice and tracking numbers as each item is sent. Each order is unique and may arrive at varying times.


    ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

    • Brisbane is 3-5 business days of receipt of your payment in cleared funds
    • Sydney is  3-5 business days of receipt of your payment in cleared funds.
    • Melbourne is  1-3 business days of receipt of your payment in cleared funds.
    • Adelaide is  3-5 business days of receipt of your payment in cleared funds.
    • Perth is  5-10 business days of receipt of your payment in cleared funds.
    • Hobart is  3-5 business days of receipt of your payment in cleared funds.


    These dispatch times may vary and are an estimate only. Please note as we use third party delivery companies we cannot control delivery times and the above is only a guide.

    RETURNS POLICY

    At Ludahus, we stand behind our products offering manufacturer warranties and protection. Our desire is for you to be satisfied and confident with your purchase. However, if for some reason you find your purchase needs to be returned, we have you covered.

    We offer a complete order refund for your purchase price, (minus the cost of shipping and a 25% restocking fee), within 14 days of delivery. Your refund will be processed by the same method of payment from your original purchase up to 14 days upon receiving the return confirmation.

    Wash&Walk: We will replace any piece of Wash&Walk that you are unable to clean, just pay to ship the affected piece back to us.

    Some exclusions apply, please see details below.

    • Credit is issued for whole orders and excludes non-returnable items such as special orders, flooring accessories, install and cleaning materials and final sale items.
    • Credit is for product only
    • Credit is subject to shipping fees associated with the returned products

    • Credit is for unopened cartons.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    The items below are unable to be returned:

    • Special and Final Sale Orders
    • Flooring Accessories
    • Install and Cleaning Materials
    • Installed Products: If a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. Ludahus is not responsible for product defect or damage, property damage or lost labour costs due to faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Thoroughly inspect all products before installation as installation will constitute acceptance. Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

    CANCELLATIONS

    The purchaser is responsible for confirming the order accuracy. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, orders are fulfilled and shipped promptly. We will be unable to cancel orders that have already processed without charging applicable shipping fees both directions of transit. If you decide to cancel an order, please call our customer service team immediately at *Phone Number*. Hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm (AEDT).
