We offer free shipping on all orders. This includes our sample boxes.

We ship Australia wide. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. You can also log into your account to view your order details.

Major cities take 3-5 business days, outer suburbs 4-6 business days and rural 5-7 business days.

Our Sample Boxes measure 25cm x 25cm x 14cm.

Our Wash & Walk solution boxes measure 110cm x 65cm x 11cm.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We even cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse. To get started, just email our customer support team.

Eligible Returns:

• Items must be in their original condition.
• No dirt, stains, wear, washing, or improper care signs.

If items are returned in a worse condition than received, a reasonable deduction may be made from your refund. We carefully inspect all returns; if an item isn’t sellable, we cannot refund it.

• Ship items back within 14 days of initiating the return.

The purchaser is responsible for confirming the order accuracy. Orders are fulfilled and shipped promptly and therefore we are unable to cancel orders that have been processed.
