How do I clean my Wash & Walk Solution?
Our Wash & Walk solution is designed to be low maintenance, ensuring the cleaning process is made easy. Simply lift the soiled section and place in the washing machine with your normal clothes washing detergent.
Wash and walk should be hung out to dry, our solution is not dryer safe.
Do you have any stores?
Wash & Walk is only available online via our ecommerce store. We recommend ordering our sample pack if you would like to see the product in person.

Product Questions
What comes in my Wash & Walk Box?
Each box contains 5 pieces of our Wash & Walk solution. Pieces measure 101cm x 60cm (3 square metres total). Each box comes with a set of installation pads.
What comes in my sample pack?
Our sample pack includes a tile of each wash and walk colour way. These tiles measure 20cm x 15cm.
Do I need any special tools to install Wash & Walk?
No specialty tools are required. You can easily install Wash&Walk with household items such as scissors, a pen and a measuring tape. We find fabric scissors work the best!
Will the installation pads damage my floor?
Our installation pads have been tried and tested to ensure your original flooring does not get damaged.

How much does shipping cost?
All of our samples and carpet solutions are shipped for free, there is no minimum spend.
What size & weight is the shipment?
Our Sample Boxes measure 23cm x 18cm x 13cm.
Our Wash & Walk solution boxes measure 110cm x 65cm x 14cm and weigh 12.5kg each.
How long does shipping take?
Major cities take 3-5 business days, outer suburbs 4-6 business days and rural 5-7 business days.

Can I return my Wash & Walk solution if it's not quite right?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We even cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse. You can read more about our returns policy here.
